BASI comprehensively certified, Nationally Certified Pilates Teacher,

Specialist in Pilates-based education for Neurological Conditions

A former Olympic athlete, Tamsen teaches Pilates for those who wish a deeper understanding of their movement potential. Combining her experience of being trained in a high-performance environment with the technical precision of the Pilates method allows Tamsen to vary her approach in conveying concepts of movement and body connections to her students.

Comprehensively certified by Body Arts and Sciences Institute (BASI) and professionally certified through the National Pilates Certification Program (NPCP), Tamsen is continuously updating her education to be a stronger advocate of pain science, movement optimism, and inclusive participation for all.

Tamsen believes movement requires the whole system working efficiently and short periods of deliberate practice done consistently can change everything.

"Not only is health a normal condition, but it is our duty to not only attain it but to maintain it."
