Tamsen is a very knowledgeable and personable Pilates instructor.

She talks her clients through the elements of each Pilates exercise in a very clear and helpful manner.

She is also excellent at adapting movements to accommodate acute and chronic injuries.

Tamsen is absolutely the best Pilates instructor I have ever been privileged to experience; I cannot recommend her more highly.
